SCEAP are very excited to announce they have been selected to receive funding from the Community Investment Fund, Stoke City. This funding will allow important development work on their site at Bucknall. They will be providing a better, safer site for their clients by concreting the floor in the barn. Also, widening the entrance gate to allow safer parking and adding better washing facilities on site.
As their client base increases, Sceap want to provide more therapy and learning to people in their local community. The developments will help to organically grow the service.
Sceap provides support for front line and essential workers, Action for Children, local groups such as Bentilee Rainbows, children in care and/or struggling with their mental health and people in need of support. Additional equine assisted therapy is provided for people in addiction who are on their journey to recovery.
Thank you to Stoke City for believing in our work and helping us to support the community.
